Emancipation please..?

Ok. I am 16 living in Marion, Ohio. I want to start my life a little early by getting Emancipated. But the stupid law states that you can only get emancipated through marriage or joining the armed forces. Well, my parents are not nice enought to let me get married and i am not army material. I need to know how to legalize minor emancipation in Ohio. Almost every state has minor emancipation, why not us?! I want to stand up and fight to get emancipation changed. And I need some help. So if anyone could help me that would be great.
