Improve PC Performance?

Those are fairly good scores, the scale only goes up to 7.9 anyway. The 5.9 for your hard drive will never be higher unless you fit an SSD, so don't worry about that. If it only scored 2.4 for graphics before then this suggests that either your graphics drivers weren't installed, or there was some sort of configuration problem that the update has fixed.
