Installing Titan's Quest Immortal Throne Problems.?

I started to download TQIT, when it stops me at the 'select program folder' page. It tells me to free up some disk space, and it shows the following: Space required on C: 2206848 K. Space Available on C: 3581184. So even though I have enough space, it still tells me I don't. What's going on?
