Does anybody know where to buy the Core Set for "Game of Thrones" in either Hong Kong or the Philippines?

I've been looking for the game over the net and I can't seem to find a place other than having it delivered from the USA or UK. Does anyone know of any local shops anywhere in Hong Kong or Manila, Philippines that sells the core set? I've been planning on starting.
