Is there any government assistance that would help me pay for my prescription they are very pricey?

I live in Indiana and I currently got laid off I have no insurance it cost 76 dollars a week for me just to pay for my prescription I was wondering if threes help i could get out there i have a marion county discount perscrition card which only takes off like ten percent of my meds I keep getting more and more in debt barely make it on what little money I have Thank you.
