Nicely put Cathee. While I do support stringent testing too, I believe the agency that should have that power must be the boxing commission and not individual boxers. Like you implied, Marion Jones and Lance Armstrong tested negative on OSDT, so, a negative test doesn't really mean an athlete is clean. Only a positive test has relevance. A negative test proves NOTHING.
